This resource is the perfect January activity to kick off the new year! Using Google slides, students will create a “top 9” social media profile with photos (or drawings) of their most memorable moments from the past year and choose a quote that represents their experiences. Then, they’ll create captions and answer reflection questions about their profile, quote, and pictures.
This resource includes 10 Google slides - one template for a top nine profile, a planning page, 2 pages of reflection questions about this year/next year, 2 pages of questions and prompts about their “top 9” profile, one page with articulation caption prompts, and one page with vocabulary caption prompts. There is also a blank page for students to create a single post with a caption and a hashtag.
